Are all products 100% handmade?

Yes. Every single piece at Terracrafted is hand-shaped and hand-finished — we never use mass-production molds. Small variations in texture or size are a natural part of the handmade process.

How long does order processing take?

In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on complexity. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items damaged during production or shipping. Please photograph the issue and contact us through the Contact page — we'll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to the US, UK, and worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely. We love custom requests. Reach out via our Contact page with your ideas — colors, shapes, themes — and we'll let you know what's possible. Custom orders are made with the same care as everything else we create.
