Because every Terracrafted piece is made by hand, slight variations in texture, colour, and form are a natural part of the process — and part of what makes each one special.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello.terracrafted@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
